Seems Pelagian to me. I worry about all the people putting their hope in Obama, and looking to him to bring about the perfect union in this country they are looking for. Thomas would never advocate putting one’s hope in a figure like Obama, nor would he say that perfection is ours to achieve. Post-fall, perfection of even our natural capabilities belongs to graced nature.
